The goal for Formpipe Summit 2022 was to get the whole company together after the pandemic and meet face-to-face with new colleagues from other countries. One thing was the professional part of the conference, but it was also important to have activities and fun during the days. We created a full event with all elements from conference to workshops to networking and activities in the area.
We booked an external facilitator to run the workshops during the conference where they should work with their own worst competitor and see how they could beat it. We build the plenary as a scene with props to support the setup. During the day they had smaller breakouts where they used the outside areas and enjoyed the sun.
The first evening, we had organized a standing dinner on an exclusive beach. On the last night, we hosted a Mamma Mia dinner in the hotel garden, featuring BBQ food from the grill.
Formpipe had the hotel almost for themselves which meant that we could use all areas and brand in all places. The guests received a goodiebag at their arrival with branded merchandise
