Mission: To create a delightful, informative, generous, and inspiring day for all leaders within the group. To allow all the companies to showcase positive examples within Axel Johnson. The purpose of the meeting is for everyone to leave with a sense of pride, appreciation, and motivation.

Solution: We chose to hold the day meeting at the modern SPACE, a gaming center in the heart of Stockholm. The evening with dinner and entertainment took place at the historic Berns. In this way, we embraced Axel Johnson's history and heritage while aligning it with modern business practices and high goals and ambitions for the future.

The day began with a vision for the future with the management team, followed by brief presentations on the previous year's performance and upcoming initiatives. The program then featured contributions and interviews from the companies, entertainment by Maia Hirasawa interpreting Avicii and other modern songs. The day concluded with a live interview with Nataliya Gumenyuk, a journalist from Kiev, Ukraine.

After the conference, guests strolled down to Berns to enjoy a vegetarian menu, be entertained by Deluxe, and honor the winners of the Axel Johnson Awards. A magical evening.
