The goal of Neste was to create a stylish and experience-driven Annual General Meeting that shows appreciation to the shareholders. The challenge was to design a scalable event plan to accommodate the varying number of participants and ensure a sense of pride in ownership.
The event plan allowed for flexibility and considered different spatial scenarios to accommodate all shareholders. Visuals and presentation technology reflected Neste's forward-looking attitude. A large screen measuring over 80 square meters played a central role in delivering impressive experiences and displaying the Neste brand prominently. Additionally, a demo area provided an opportunity for shareholders to experience the company's latest developments.
Neste Corporation's Annual General Meeting offered a visual feast, joyful atmosphere, and a sense of progressiveness. Matti Lievonen, the CEO, delivered a significant speech that resonated with the audience, showcasing his strategic mindset and genuine connection.
