How do we reach the heart of the employee? How do we create an experience that builds real connection, pride and engagement? And how do you celebrate 20 years in a creative and unconventional way where the experience revolves around the individual and their choices or desires? That was the mission we set out on when tasked with the celebration of Länsförsäkringar Fastighetsförmedlings 20th anniversary.
Solution
For LF Fastighetsförmedling we didn´t plan a celebration, we bulit a world. Twentyland – A place where the expericence centerd around each individual, their choices, their energy, their journey, while still strenghtening the collective.
The Experience
The journey began onboard Birka Gotland where the experience was already in motion. Karaoke, seafood buffet, live performances, DJ sets, spa, fashion, training sessions, and sunlit decks. A dedicated Gamezone på LF:s invited partners turned travel into shared energy, competition, and connection.
And the destination? In Tallinn, Põhjala Tehas became the beating heart of Twentyland, a raw industrial space transformed into a layered experience universe. Coffee and beer tastings, theatre improvisation, a talkshow inside a library, and a constant flow of unexpected moments.
And the Awards gala was a complete spatial takeover. No screens. No slides. No distractions. Projection-mapped concrete, light as architecture and sound as pulse. A custom-built center stage, shaped from the brand itself, surrounded by satellite stages and a lighting design balancing the organic and the artificial.
Together with live visual and technical solutions, the space became a living narrative elevated by performances, costume, choreography, scenography, and a premium F&B experience.
