We want to drive change for better in…
We want to drive change for the better by working with responsible event production to make better choices. We aim to minimize our environmental footprint while driving positive change in our operations and in the event industry.
Our people are our top priority – we work with inclusion and diversity to build the workplace of our dreams. We find purpose in bringing people together – we aim to change relationships, brands, and cultures for the better through events.
Our goal is to ensure long-term financial stability so we can continue delivering value into the future. We commit to fair, responsible and ethical business and operating practices, throughout our value chain, to drive a change for the better.
Two ways of making impact
1. Big events – Big Impact.
Responsible event production for event and brand experience projects.
2. Communication can drive change.
Events and brand experience is a highway for communicating around sustainability.
How we make it happen
Our sustainability approach is brought to life through a set of tools, methods, and partnerships that guide every project. From measuring impact to driving change and investing in the future — we turn ambition into action.
Green Producers Tool & Club
We use Green Producers Tool to measure and track emissions across our own operations and all client projects. This gives us insights into th key emission drivers and assist us in taking targeted actions for emission reduction in projects. Data from CO2 calculations also enables us to set quantifiable emission reduction targets for our company as a hole.
For each project we can provide complete carbon budget and carbon footprint report.
Green Producers Tool is a research-based climate calculator designed for the cultural sector, developed in collaboration with CICERO. The methodology is based on activity data, emission factors, and life cycle assessments (LCA). All emission factors are developed in accordance with the GHG Protocol and draw on comprehensive emissions databases, including Ecoinvent data and country-specific energy factors.
As members of the Green Producers Club we contribute to cross -industry collaboration and knowledge sharing. We believe that initiatives like this are essential to establishing a new, more sustainable industry standard.
Pure Act
Pure Act is our digital platform for sustainability management, reporting, and follow-up across LIWLIG Group. It enables us to track our ESG performance, measure our climate impact (Scope 1, 2, and 3), and turn insights into actionable decisions.
Through the platform, we conduct materiality and stakeholder assessments, and continuously follow up on our suppliers to ensure alignment with our Supplier Code of Conduct. Our sustainability reporting is aligned with the VSME framework, ensuring both transparency and relevance.
Climate Financing
Responsibility guide
Our Responsibility Guide provides a clear framework for how we integrate sustainability into every project. It supports teams in making conscious choices across key impact areas and ensures a consistent, structured approach from planning to delivery.
Certification of events
We can certify events in Eco Lighthouse and GreenTime´s Certified Sustainable event.
Eco Lighthouse certification demonstrates that an event is planned, managed, and delivered in accordance with defined environmental criteria and procedures. The framework is designed to minimise the event’s environmental footprint through measures related to transportation, catering, procurement, waste management and recycling, energy use, supplier selection, and communication materials.
GreenTime certification verifies that an event meets established sustainability requirements across environmental, social, and organisational dimensions. Compliance is independently audited, providing a credible and transparent framework for sustainable event management.
