SATS gathered 4,500 employees from across the Nordics for a full-day experience of training, inspiration and celebration – all built around one clear ambition: to make people healthier and happier.
Delivered in both 2024 and 2026, the concept has proven its strength as a recurring platform for engagement and cultural impact.
The Challenge

SATS wanted to unite 4,500 employees in one shared experience that would strengthen connections, build pride, and empower teams to deliver even better customer experiences. At the same time, the event needed to reflect appreciation for the people behind the brand and reinforce a strong, shared culture across the Nordics.
The Concept
SATS Festival – a high-energy, people-first experience.
Built around the core idea of health, happiness and community, the festival concept created a platform where training, inspiration and celebration could coexist. A format designed to engage both body and mind – and to bring the SATS culture to life.
A concept strong enough to return – evolving over time while maintaining its core purpose.
The Experience
A full-scale festival for 4,500 employees – from training to celebrating together.
During the day, guests could choose from 25 different classes and lectures, combined with an expo featuring partners and suppliers. The entire experience took place at Scandinavian XPO in Stockholm, supported by accommodation across 10 hotels.
As evening fell, the event transformed into a vibrant festival setting. Local award ceremonies were hosted in dedicated spaces for each country, followed by a large-scale, custom-produced show with artists and dancers celebrating the winners.
The night concluded with a joint celebration for all attendees – bringing everyone together on one stage, one dance floor, as one team.
