Lindex – We Are Different

For Lindex, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is not just a statement. It is an active and ongoing commitment rooted in the company culture. When they were looking for a creative partner to help communicate their DEI journey, we were proud to support them in bringing these important stories to life.

The Solution

Together with Lindex, we developed a film concept centered around real employee voices and authentic experiences. By creating space for honest conversations and personal perspectives, the project became a way to communicate both internally and externally what DEI truly means within the organization.

The Challenge

Lindex had already been actively working with Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for a long time. The challenge was not about creating a position, but about educating, communicating and making the work tangible for employees and audiences beyond the organization. The ambition was to show how diversity of perspectives can strengthen both people and business. 

The Concept

The concept, “We Are Different”, was built around the idea that differences are a strength. Nine employees from different parts of the organization shared their own thoughts, experiences and perspectives connected to DEI. Through their stories, the film explored the topic from individual, social and corporate perspectives while staying true to the foundation and values of the Lindex brand.

The Experience

The production created an honest and human storytelling experience where employees became the voice of the initiative. By letting real people tell real stories, the communication felt personal, relatable and grounded in everyday experiences across the organization. 

The Result

The result was a film that communicated the importance of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in a genuine and engaging way. It highlighted the power of bringing different perspectives together while strengthening the connection between employees, company culture and brand values.
