How do you create a kickoff that truly engages, even digitally? For Carlsberg, we developed a format where content, interaction and storytelling came together in a broadcast designed to both inform and inspire.
The process
Carlsberg Sweden wanted to bring the entire organization together through a digital kickoff that could maintain the energy, engagement and sense of presence usually created by a physical event. The ambition was not only to share information, but to create an experience that inspired employees and strengthened connection across the company.
Together with Carlsberg, LIWLIG developed a dynamic studio-based broadcast combining presentations, conversations, films and interactive elements. Internal hosts guided viewers throughout the program, creating both variation and momentum. A central feature was “Carlsberg Around Sweden”, a film series showcasing different parts of the organization through authentic employee stories from breweries, production sites and service warehouses.
The digital kickoff successfully combined information with engagement and entertainment in a way that strengthened participation across the organization. Through storytelling, interactivity and a varied broadcast format, the event created a more personal and connected experience while taking Carlsberg’s digital kickoff format to the next level.
