Our mission with The Dustin Dustinverse Event Experience was to bring together all 2,500 employees from six countries at Avicii Arena to create a clear picture of what has happened over the past years and what lies ahead.

The process
To bring Dustin’s journey to life and inspire everyone to keep pushing boundaries, we developed a concept rooted in the IT industry’s fascination with space and the future.
The result was “Dustinverse” – a full-scale brand experience where Dustin was positioned as a company on a journey toward the stars.
The Dustin Dustinverse Event Experience was built in three parts:
Arrival – Space Docking Bay
Participants were welcomed through a staged entrance resembling a space station, where sound, lighting, and scenography immediately set the tone.
The Take-Off
The main stage served as the hub for information and inspiration. Here, leadership shared insights through “Dustin Talks,” combined with interactive elements. The scenography created the feeling of a spacecraft ready for launch, and an audiovisual sequence transported the audience further into the Dustinverse.
The Dustinverse
The final part was an immersive, space-themed environment where four activation areas – “The Four Supernovas of Dustin” – reflected the company’s values. These spaces became natural meeting points for networking, celebration, and connection. Robots were integrated into the experience, serving food and drinks while contributing to a playful, innovative atmosphere.
The Dustin Dustinverse event created a strong, shared experience that gave all employees a clear understanding of the company’s journey and future direction.
By bringing together 2,500 employees across six countries, the Dustin Dustinverse event strengthened internal pride, increased engagement, and aligned the organization around a common narrative – “One Dustin.”
The Dustin Dustinverse event became more than a moment of reflection. It marked a clear shift forward, providing a strong foundation for continued growth, collaboration, and a shared vision of what comes next.
