LIWLIG announces leadership changes to support its next phase of growth

LIWLIG, the leading Nordic event and brand experience agency group, sets its sights on growth across Europe – changes in LIWLIG Group leadership and a new CEO for LIWLIG Finland

LIWLIG aims to strengthen its position as an international player and pursue growth across Europe. In their new roles, key leaders will be able to fully leverage their expertise and strengths as LIWLIG takes its next strategic steps forward.

The following appointments have been made in LIWLIG Group:

Timo Aalto, current CEO of LIWLIG Group and a founding member of the company, will transition to the role of Executive Chairman of the Board. In his new position, he will focus on the Group’s growth strategy, including further acquisitions.
Mikael Castrén, current CEO of LIWLIG Finland, has been appointed CEO of LIWLIG Group and will assume overall responsibility for the Group’s leadership and daily operations.
Harri Sieppi has been appointed CEO of LIWLIG Finland. An accomplished marketing professional and entrepreneur with a M.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration, Sieppi brings extensive experience in leading growth companies.

The appointments will take effect on December 1, 2026.
