Two days of leadership, energy and unexpected moments – from choreographed flash mobs and hypnosis to honest conversations and a festive finale. A leadership conference that challenged traditional formats and redefined how leadership can be experienced and shared.
The process
The mission was to design a leadership conference that strengthened relationships across the organisation while providing inspiration and concrete perspectives for everyday leadership.
The client wanted to move away from classic conference formats and create an engaging corporate event that encouraged participation, reflection and dialogue among leaders from different parts of the organisation.
Liwlig developed a strong visual event identity and a carefully designed meeting format that set the scene for an experience beyond the ordinary. From the very beginning, participants were met with energetic and unexpected elements – including flash mobs, creative scenarios and interactive activities – creating engagement, smiles and a strong sense of community.
The programme combined inspiring formats. External speakers shared insights from their own leadership journeys, while interactive workshops and breakout sessions allowed participants to translate inspiration into concrete actions.
Through candid conversations, polls and dialogue tools, participants discussed real-life leadership dilemmas and reflected on the year that had passed.
The conference concluded with a festive award show, dinner and entertainment – celebrating engagement, collaboration and shared achievements.
The leadership conference generated high engagement and positive energy throughout the event. The combination of creativity, interactive formats and meaningful content strengthened relationships across the organisation and provided leaders with inspiration and practical takeaways for their daily work.
The case demonstrates how a thoughtfully designed corporate event can bring people together, activate dialogue and create shared experiences with lasting value.
