We designed a corporate event for Würth Denmark’s 60th anniversary, where guests were invited on an immersive journey through the company’s history, filled with creativity, entertainment, and shared experiences.
The process
The goal was to create an employee event that celebrated Würth’s history and culture while fostering engagement, pride, and team spirit. The event needed to connect employees with the company’s journey in an immersive and memorable way, turning corporate storytelling into a shared, tangible experience.
Liwlig developed an immersive experience that guided employees through different decades of Würth’s history. The arrival area was transformed into vivid environments—from authentic period rooms to nostalgic office setups and camping-inspired spaces—sparking conversation and engagement from the very beginning.
The evening continued with a dinner in the main hall, where speeches, entertainment, and a dinner show were seamlessly integrated. The night concluded with an energetic concert that brought all participants together in excitement and celebration. Liwlig managed the full scope of the event, from concept and design to production, logistics, entertainment, and staffing, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both organizers and participants.
The event successfully united employees around Würth’s culture and history, creating a lively, engaging, and memorable experience. Participants left with strengthened pride, enhanced team spirit, and shared memories that resonated long after the evening ended.
