Formpipe brought employees together for an international employee event where strategy, creativity and social experiences were combined into one cohesive journey. With participants travelling from multiple countries, the event required a strong holistic approach where logistics, content and experience were seamlessly aligned.
The process
The mission was to create an employee event that strengthened collaboration across the organisation and provided a shared sense of direction and energy. The event needed to balance strategic work with social experiences, creating space for both professional focus and informal relationship-building – without compromising quality or coherence.
Liwlig acted as a full-service partner, taking overall responsibility for planning, coordination and execution. The scope included flights and hotel bookings, destination management, meeting design, visual identity, production and on-site delivery.
The professional programme was developed in close collaboration with the client. An external facilitator guided participants through workshops supporting the organisation’s future direction. Plenary sessions were staged with visual elements and props, while breakout sessions took place outdoors, allowing participants to engage in interactive tasks in relaxed surroundings.
Social experiences were an integrated part of the event design. Over two evenings, exclusive dinners strengthened the sense of community. The entire hotel was reserved for the event, enabling full branding across all areas and creating a consistent event identity.
The employee event brought together 240 participants in a well-coordinated and engaging experience that strengthened both strategic alignment and relationships across the organisation. End-to-end execution – from travel logistics to meeting design and social settings – ensured a high-quality experience and a smooth process for both client and participants.
