The Autumn Conference is a joint event organized by Equinor, the Ministry of Petroleum and Energy, and the International Energy Agency (IEA).
The Autumn Conference took place in Oslo on November 26, highlighting the challenges related to energy transition, energy security, and emissions reductions in a world marked by economic uncertainty and geopolitical tensions.
Among the keynote speakers were Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre, IEA Executive Director Dr. Fatih Birol, Minister of Petroleum and Energy Terje Aasland, and Equinor CEO Anders Opedal.
The Autumn Conference serves as a platform for open and constructive dialogue on the industry’s challenges, dilemmas, and solutions. The event provides a broad range of stakeholders with the opportunity to participate in discussions.
The conference, moderated by Siri Lill Mannes and streamed on Equinor.com, also featured a number of national and international guest speakers.
Talkshow with Fredrik Skavlan In the evening, the conference concluded with a talk show hosted by Fredrik Skavlan, featuring guests such as Alastair Campbell, Alex Younger, and Dasha Navalnaya.
