Carlsberg: Streamed Kickoff 2.0

For the second year in a row we produced a digital kickoff for Carlsberg. Through a creative, clear, and above all, close collaboration with the client, we successfully created a kickoff with both important and entertaining content, with a unique twist. Equally important, we further elevated the numbers and achieved better results in the 2022 assessment.

In 2021, we organized Carlsberg Sweden’s first-ever digital Kick Off. In January 2022, we were entrusted once again. This time, the client chose the digital broadcast format, not because of the pandemic but because it had proven to be a success. Based on the evaluation from the previous year, we could see that the employees enjoyed this format and that the impact was positive. So now, our goal was to elevate the program even further and surpass the numbers from previous years, which felt like a challenge. Would we succeed?

Together with our client, we worked on developing a significant amount of content for the digital kickoff. It became a packed afternoon with inspiring and entertaining elements.

The main broadcast originated from a studio that met all our needs. With internal hosts both present in the studio and via video link, viewers were treated to interesting presentations, conversations, informative videos, and interactive segments both during the broadcast and during breaks.

A completely new addition was the “Carlsberg Across the Country” segment, a series of films aimed at showcasing the company’s various locations throughout Sweden. In these films, internal hosts visited service warehouses, water production facilities, and breweries, where they conducted interviews with on-site employees. 

The broadcast ended splendidly and traditionally with the Carlsberg Award, where we honored the top salesperson of the year, providing a festive conclusion to the Digital Kickoff.

Results: Through a creative, clear, and above all, close collaboration with the client, we successfully created a kickoff with both important and entertaining content, with a unique twist. Equally important, we further elevated the numbers and achieved better results in the 2022 assessment. Something that makes us truly proud! 

91% found the digital kickoff in 2022 to be interesting and inspiring!
