For the first time in the company’s history, all Dagrofa employees were gathered for a single event.
Dagrofa LIVE celebrated the results of the 3-year strategy “Stronger Together” and welcomed 3,000 employees to a summer party filled with experiences, music, and shared moments across all departments and stores.

The process
To create the ultimate, inclusive summer party for 3,000 employees – moving away from traditional sit-down dinners and staged entertainment – where everyone could participate, explore, and have fun together.
LIWLIG designed Dagrofa LIVE as an exploratory experience with multiple “universes,” where guests could move freely between different food stations, surprise entertainment, and a large outdoor play area with colleague competitions. A host in a decorated golf cart guided and gathered the attendees throughout the event, while the evening culminated in a grand opening of the concert arena with some of Denmark’s biggest artists. The party was designed to actively engage employees and create a dynamic, inclusive, and memorable experience.
Dagrofa LIVE was a huge success and the first event to bring the entire workforce together across departments and stores.
The party was praised for being energetic, inclusive, and unforgettable – an experience that will be remembered for years to come.
