The process
The mission was to bring leaders together across the organisation and create a shared space for reflection, co-creation and action. The conference was designed to actively engage participants and translate strategy and sustainability ambitions into concrete initiatives.
Liwlig designed a two-day corporate event with a clear flow from inspiration to action. Plenary sessions set the perspective on leadership and business, while specially designed workshops enabled participants to develop ideas, test solutions and prioritise initiatives together.
Sustainability was integrated throughout the entire experience – from locally sourced catering and reduced food waste to digital communication. The first day concluded with a gala dinner and award ceremony, celebrating engagement and shared achievements.
