SimCorp Global Summit brought together more than 1,100 participants in Barcelona for 2.5 days of professional insight, innovation and networking – an international conference focused on knowledge sharing and building relationships.
The process
The mission was to create a conference that strengthened the global SimCorp network and provided participants with new insights into the market, technology and future solutions. Global Summit serves as a central meeting point for the community, offering opportunities for learning, inspiration and relationship-building across regions and roles.
Liwlig was responsible for the planning and execution of Global Summit in Barcelona – an international event with a strong focus on participant experience and flexibility. The programme featured plenary sessions, breakout formats and a vibrant marketplace where participants could explore solutions, meet experts and exchange knowledge.
Keynotes set the stage for strategic perspectives and industry insight, while breakout sessions allowed participants to tailor their agenda based on individual interests and needs. The social programme played a key role, creating space for informal meetings, networking and shared experiences that strengthened relationships across the community.
SimCorp Global Summit 2025 successfully brought together professional insight, networking and experience in one cohesive format. Participants returned home with new knowledge, stronger relationships and a clear sense of belonging to a global community.
The case demonstrates how a large-scale international conference can function as both a knowledge platform and a relationship-building experience.
