Söderberg & Partners is a global finance company that like many others faces the constant challenge of presenting complex, financial information in an engaging way.
The company has grown and with 700 people since the last kick off, and the mission was to get them together and talk about the culture and create pride and engagement for the company. To share experience and knowledge.
Söderberg & Partners wanted to increase the dedication to the company, and our job was to create a kickoff that created that momentum.
Studies show that our episodic memory can remember 22 times more information if we learn by playing, storytelling or through experiences. Therefore, we created an enormous Game Show where all corporate communication was delivered through different gaming formats. The result was seven hours of high quality entertainment and engagement.
